6/9/2010 Pak Tze Lane Project in Central. Perfect T:Ming, the abandoned land in front of T:ME will be developed into a memorial park cum outdoor museum to celebrate the centennial anniversary of the 1911 Chinese Revolution. Yes, there will be some construction work going on in the next year. However, wouldn't it be amazing to be facing a nice park starting next year. You can almost be sure that we will have a special cocktail called “Dr. Sun” or “Sunny” then.

16/6/2010 T:ME sponsored a Dragon Boat team, fridge, some Chardonnay and sparkling wines at the Stanley Dragon Boat Race. We also rowed for it and helped the team get a trophy for the 3rd place in the first round. fridge is an oyster bar on Peel Street a little bit up from Man Fa Hung (萬花紅). Apart from sponsoring the team uniform, they also brought dozens of juicy, meaty, fresh oysters to celebrate the team's hard work.
